Synopsis
A drug dealer named Grover Decreeto has been pushing a highly addictive strain of cocaine. It was discovered that the chemical modifications made to increase addictiveness also alter the DNA of skin cells. A side effect of using the drug is increased flaking of the skin. Since the flakes are genetically identical to the cocaine, users have become biological factories for their own stash.
Decreeto contacts his old partner Douglas Firestein to brainstorm ways to stop the drug from proliferating further. After some serious thought, they announce a mass drug sale under the guise of a Motorcycle Stuntman event.
After the users gather at the event, Doug rides in on his motorcycle. He starts with a few tricks to get their attention. Once they are clustered together, he revs the engines and begins running down each person in the crowd. The friction of the tires against their skin burns the outer crust layer down to the virgin epidermis.
Unfortunately, the efforts were futile as the evening wind picked up and blew the freshly-flaked cocaine across the city. Drug usage stastics skyrocket in the coming months and this event would forever be known as “the white dawn”.
Decreeto changed occupations and now sells stereo speakers out of a van.
