Angel Wings

Angel Wings

Written by Douglas Firestein & Gloria Firestein

You should listen to Mama
She tried to warn you
But you had to call me
Now I’m gonna hurt you

I don’t cook food
And I don’t clean house
I just make demands
So do me now

God pulled the rug out under heaven
And all us angels fell to earth
Now i need a man who’s willing
To bend my wings backward

I’ll let you shine my halo
Even wear my heavenly robes
But I’ll send you straight to hell
If you talk to the other hoes

You should listen to Mama
She said I was bad news
Now you always complain
Cos I give your balls the blues

I don’t get up early
And I wont milk a cow
I just get frisky on the farm
When i want to plow

God pulled the rug out under heaven
And all us angels fell to earth
Now i need a man who’s willing
To bend my wings backward

I’ll let you shine my halo
Even wear my heavenly robes
But I’ll send you straight to hell
If you talk to the other hoes

Boy you should do better
I don’t want to be middle class
I used to be an Angel
Now do me like a princess

God pulled the rug out under heaven
And all us angels fell to earth
Now i need a man who’s willing
To bend my wings backward

I’ll let you shine my halo
Even wear my heavenly robes
But I’ll send you straight to hell
If you talk to the other hoes
